Publication of the first version of the importers’ ranking in 2024
Attention to the respected users of the Integrated Trade System:
We would like to inform you that, according to the update of the traders’ ranking, the start date for the new version of the Integrated Credit Rating and Ranking System will begin on 01/01/1403. Kindly review and verify your new ranking, indicators, and approved business activities through the Integrated Trade System (Ranking and Financial Operations – Ranking Management section).
Additionally, users are encouraged to report any discrepancies regarding any of the indicators through the Integrated Credit Rating and Ranking System. The experts of the system will promptly review and apply the necessary adjustments. For further assistance, the support center of the system is available at 124, extension 2 > 1 > 2 > 5.
It is important to note that traders can select their business activities only once during each ranking update. Once finalized, no changes to the selected activities will be allowed until the next ranking update.
❗️ Changes have been made in the current version compared to previous rankings, the most significant of which are as follows:
- The total ranking score will be calculated similarly to previous versions with a maximum of 1000 points, with the following changes in the weight of indicators:
- Responsibility indicators: 100 points (same as before).
- Financial indicators: 250 points (previously 300 points).
- Quantitative business indicators: 500 points (previously 350 points).
Explanation: The score for the negative indicators below has been significantly reduced due to their lack of alignment with the true goals of the ranking system and will have no practical impact on the trader’s ranking. These indicators include: Violations of reporting invalid postal codes to the registration authority, Violation of non-advertisement for more than two years for joint-stock companies (number of violations), Violation of simultaneous management of a CEO in more than one joint-stock company (number of simultaneous violations), Violation of non-renewal of the license under Note 2 of Article 5 of the Trade Law (months), and Number of violations under Note 5 of Article 12 of the Trade Law. - Qualitative business indicators: 150 points (previously 250 points). Explanation about Qualitative Business Score: The reduction in the weight of qualitative scores does not mean that 100 points have been subtracted from each trader’s previous qualitative score. Instead, this score has been adjusted. For example, if a trader previously scored 250 points, their score in the current version will be 150 points, and if they previously scored 150 points, they will now score 90 points. Thus, traders who previously had a qualitative score will now receive 60% of their previous score (150/250 = 0.6). Those who are evaluated qualitatively in the future will have their score directly calculated from 150 points.
- Following previous announcements regarding the necessity of registering audited financial statements in the Integrated System for the entities subject to auditing in 1401, traders who failed to register their data within the specified deadline will have a zero score for their financial indicators. In previous versions, all of their scores were considered zero.
Regarding the Qualitative Business Indicators requiring documentation and expert evaluations, traders can refer to rating institutions authorized by the Securities and Exchange Organization. According to the agreement with that organization, the evaluation results of the relevant indicators, once registered in the Codal system by each institution and approved by the organization, will be directly applied in the Integrated Credit Rating and Ranking System.
It should be noted that in each quarterly period, only one evaluation of the Qualitative Business Indicators will be accepted for each economic entity, and only the first output of rating institutions will be applied in the system. The validity of this evaluation will last a maximum of one year after registration and submission of the information by the rating institution.
